A built-in shock absorber in the sturdy microphone stand also helps make sure your streams and recordings are as noise-free as possible. Monitor the audio stream in your headphones via the 3.5mm connection and the multi-function control knob, which also adjusts the mic’s gain and loudness and quickly mutes you if a cough or sneeze creeps up on you. Use the included JBL QuantumENGINE PC software to adjust EQ, apply noise reduction, and perform a quick mic test, all from your computer screen.

Your voice will come through loud and strong thanks to a lightweight, fast-moving diaphragm that’s sensitive (-44dB) and has a wide, flat frequency range (50~12kHz). At 96kHz/24 bits recording, your streams and recordings will sound better and capture every nuance of what you’re saying.

One-press mute button

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will lodge an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Once the parcel has been confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
We are unable to issue a refund or replacement while the parcel is still in transit or while the carrier's investigation is ongoing.
If the tracking information shows that the parcel has been successfully delivered, the order will be considered delivered. Responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient upon confirmed delivery.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, misplacement, or non-receipt of the parcel following confirmed delivery.
If the recipient is unable to locate the parcel after it has been confirmed as delivered, the recipient is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to lodge an investigation. We are not responsible or liable for the outcome of any such investigation.
Warranty & Returns
All products sold by EXBOX Australia Pty Ltd (“EXBOX”) come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Customers are entitled to a replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund for a major failure and may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

EXBOX does not provide advance replacements. Where a product needs to be inspected, repaired, replaced, or otherwise assessed under warranty, the customer must first return the product to EXBOX.
Unless otherwise agreed or required under Australian Consumer Law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to EXBOX, including any shipping and insurance costs. EXBOX will cover the shipping cost of sending the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
Any special shipping arrangements or discounts agreed to by EXBOX will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.
